JAMMU: The Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh All Departments Clerical Staff Association (JKLADCSA) urged the Lt Governor, Manoj Sinha to withdraw inclusion of two more subjects in the Syllabus of the Senior Assistants for SAC examination and implementation of recommendations of Establishment cum Selection Committee regarding SAC Training.
While talking to reporters, Nazir Ahmed Bhat, flanked by Gurmeet Singh, Ashish Sharma, Umar Jan Bhat and other members, expressed strong resentment against the Government order No.318-JK(GAD) of 2021 issued on April 8, 2021 in which two more subjects has been incorporated in the Syllabus of the SAC examination for Senior Assistants, which is clear injustice with them as most of the Senior Assistants (outside Secretariat) cross the age of 45 years and yet to depute for the aforesaid training.
Moreover the non availability of training at right time has already affected the Senior Assistants badly, he said.
So of the Junior Assistants who were appointed after issuance of SRO 272 of 2008 have to undergo the training of foundation course during their probation period, he said, but there are no proper arrangements with Government to impart the training during the probation period which is also injustice with the cadre.
He urged Lt. Governor to intervene in the mater and direct concern authorities for necessary amendments in Government order No. 318-JK(GAD) of 2021 so that the disparity with outside secretariat Clerical Cadre is to be removed and accord promotional avenues at par the ratio of clerical cadre of secretariat services and conduct DPCs within stipulated time, besides to grant one time exemption of SAC Course for all clerical cadre appointed upto March 31, 2021 and depute new year entrants for said training at very initial stage of appointment i.e. selection time.
In this context, All Central body Leaders of the Association, including Jeelani Naik President JKADCSA, Mir Muzaffar Ahmed, Vishab Bandhu, Jagdish Thakur, Parkash Singh, Sourav Bali, Mushaqahmed Shah, Asif Habib, Mir Bashrat, Reyazahmed, Mushtaq Ahamd Bhat, Asif Habib, Maqbool Mir as well as all respected District Presidents have unanimously conveyed concern towards the redressed to genuine demands and grievances of the clerical cadre and appealed the Lt Governor and Chief Secretary to withdraw inclusion of two more subjects in the Syllabus of the Senior Assistants for SAC examination and Implementation of recommendations of Establishment cum Selection Committee regarding SAC Training.
