VC Cluster University Jammu pays visit to GCoE

JAMMU: Vice Chancellor (VC), Cluster University of Jammu Prof. Bechan Lal, on Tuesday visited Government College of Education (GCoE), Jammu. He was accompanied by Dr. Jatinder Khajuria, Registrar Cluster University of Jammu and Dr. Sanjay Verma, Dean Sciences, Cluster University of Jammu.
Dr. Kulwinder Kour, Principal GCoE welcomed and apprised the Vice Chancellor about the functioning of the college. She gave a comprehensive presentation of various academic programmes offered by the College. The Vice Chancellor elaborated on the various initiatives that the Cluster University is going to take for the development of various colleges under it. He took a tour around the college campus and inspected the developments in the college premises.
He planted a sapling in the college yard spreading message of peace and harmony. The programme was well conducted by Dr. Shubhra Jamwal and Prof. Deep Bangotra. Prof. C.L. Shivgotra presented vote of thanks. Also present were Dr. Jyoti Parihar, Dr. Rajinder Kour, Dr. Mansi, Prof. Satish Sharma and other staff members from the college.
The volunteers who contributed in the successful organization of the event included Priya Chivalry Singh, Ajay Bhau, Neeru, Shekha, Jasveer, Ravinder, Diksha and Madan.
