JAMMU: Volleyball Association of J&K (VAJK) on Thursday called on the Secretary J&K Sports Council (JKSC), Nuzhat Gull at her office to express solitary with her in the wake of an attack.Led by Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Kuldeep Magotra, the VAJK members included Treasurer, Ramesh Sharma and Joint Secretary, Mohd Tariq.The VAJK members condemned the inhuman act of a female athlete terming it something against the spirit of sports and sportsmanship.The Secretary was advised to tighten the noose against those unrecognised sports associations involved in producing international athletes overnight.Important to mention here that Secretary JKSC was attacked in her office by Karate player, Nighat Bashir.
