JAMMU: The government on Tuesday transferred two Deputy Director, Prosecution.According to order issued by Home Department J&K, Qazi Abdul Qayoom, Deputy Director, Prosecution, in the office of Director Prosecution, Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director Prosecution in ZPHQ, Kashmir while Mohammad Shafi, Deputy Director, Prosecution, in the office of Director General of Prosecution, J&K has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director Prosecution in the office Additional Director General of Police, Armed, J&K, on deputation basis.“It is further ordered that the deputation of the officers shall be governed by the standard terms and conditions of deputation, contained in Schedule XVIII of the J&K Civil Services Regulations, 1956,” the order stated.
