Two bootleggers nabbed with 65 bottles of illicit liquor


JAMMU: Police on Wednesday arrested two bootleggers and recovered 65 bottles of liquor from their possession.
As per details, a party of Police Station Domana constituted by SDPO Domana Sunil Singh and led by SHO Domana Inspr Mahesh Sharma assisted by ASI Anwar Hussain while on patrolling duty in Muthi area, rounded up two suspects namely Kamal Kumar, son of Shankar Lal, resident of Chhattisgarh, at present Pakhia, Kanachak and Shaib Lal, son of Radha Lal, resident of Chhattisgarh at present Pakhia, Kanachak who were selling illicit liquor in the area. During search, 65 bottles of illicit liquor were recovered from their possession. FIR under relevant sections was registered at Police Station Domana and accused were arrested. The overall arrests and recoveries were made under the supervision of SP Rural Sanjay Sharma.
