JAMMU: Keeping in view ensuing chilling cold, rains and hail-storms, the activists of Tathya Welfare Foundation distributed winter clothing among children of poor people living in slum areas of Jammu city.A team of the Foundation, led by its President Sheetal with other members including Vice President Ishtak Ahmed, General Secretary Dr Rajinder Thappa visited various slum areas in Bahu Plaza, Narwal (near Wave Mall), and found that people living in Jhuggis don’t have adequate warm clothes to protect their children from cold. The Foundation members provided warm clothes to slum dwellers, for which they expressed gratitude towards the Foundation.
