Super Seven Cricket Tournament to begin from Dec 14

JAMMU: Jammu and Kashmir UT Super Seven Cricket Association is going to start Super Seven Cricket Tournament from December 14, 2020 at in Sainik Colony Ground, here. It was stated by President of the Association, Kamal Gupta in a press conference, here on Friday.
“The tournament will be concluded on December 16 with final match and any team can participate in this championship,” he said.
“This Association also organizes school national game both for boy and girls and any team can participate in this game,” he said.
“The Association was came into existence in year 2002 with basic aim to promote cricket game among the youth and also for the physical fitness,” Kamal said adding that it is a game of seven players in the play field only with seven over ball to go to save time and to give maximum physical exercise to the spectator.
“It has new concept of wide ball on one wide ball it gives two score and one no ball of bounce it courts two run in the favour batting team and all players are required to be all-rounder except wicket keeper,” he said.
Chief Patron Bharat Sharma, General Secretary Ajay Kumar Sharma, District President Rajinder Singh Manhas, Rasal Singh Manhas, Jugal, Ankush Sharma were also present in the press conference.
