REASI: Sunil Kumar eight-wicket haul helped Singh Cricket Club Akhnoor to register a nine-wicket win over Udhampur Cricket Club and entered the quater-finals of the ongoing Martyrs Cricket Tournament being organized by RCC under the overall supervision of Nadeem Ahmed at Sports Stadium, here Friday.Earlier, batting first after winning the toss, Udhampur Club was bowled out at 31 runs in 8.2 overs, courtesy brilliant bowling performance of Sunil Kumar, who scalped eight wickets in his four over spell conceding only nine runs. Robbin and S.S Langeh took one wicket each.In reply, Singh Cricket Club Akhnoor comfertably chased the target making 33 runs for the loss of one wicket in 5.1 overs.For his match winning performance, Sunil Kumar was declared as Man of the Match.Today’s match was officiated by Lilly and Gourav as Umpires and Assim as Scorer.
