Stay motivated & positive

Dear Editor,
Motivation is what drives you towards a goal, gets you up in morning, and keeps you working through a task, determined to succeed even when things get tough. Positive motivations focus on the positive things that will happen when you take action.
To stay positive and motivated one must set goals. When you set a goal, you make a decision to act in a way that will help you achieve what you want. Goals give you a direction to focus on – one that’s measurable and has an endpoint. This can help you to stay motivated. Choose goals of your interest. You’re much more likely to stay motivated if you’re working towards something that you genuinely want to do or achieve, rather than what other people want for you.
Make sure you plot your progress. When you’re working towards something, it can be really motivating if you can see evidence that you’re making progress. Draw or create a visual representation of how you’re coming closer to achieve the goal you’ve set for yourself.
The most important thing is changing your approach. When something doesn’t feel right, it’s always a good time to take a moment and look for a different approach for the task.
You may be doing everything correctly and most efficiently, but such approach isn’t necessarily the most motivating one. That’s why saying, ‘one way or another’ is so common – if you really want to accomplish your goal, there is always a way; and most likely, there’s more than one ways. If a certain approach doesn’t work for you, find another one, and keep trying until you find the one which will both keep you motivated and get you the desired results.
The most important thing is to believe and stay positive. What you believe you do. During this crucial time, it is very important to stay motivated and positive to live a healthy and happy life.
