JAMMU: Former MLC and Congress leader Advocate Ravinder Sharma, K K Pangotra, Chairman JKPCC Legal Department and Shah Mohammad Chowdhury General Secretary JKPCC expressed deep shock over the demise of Senior Advocate Narinder Kotwal.In a condolence message, they expressed profound grief and sorrow over his demise. They said Kotwal has always played a great role in the bar and stood for the cause of legal profession and the Jammu region. He was always on the forefront in the struggles of the legal fraternity for the protection of the rights of the citizens.They prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.
