Six PWD AEEs promoted, 14 JEs, 15 XEns, 23 AEEs among 54 officers transferred

JAMMU: The government on Friday placed six l/c Assistant Executive Engineers (AEEs) (Civil) as l/c Executive Engineers (XEns) (Civil) in Public Works (R&B) Department and transferred 14 I/c Junior Engineers (JEs), 15 XEns, 23 AEEs among 54 officers.
“Sanction is hereby accorded to the placement of six l/c Assistant Executive Engineers (Civil) as l/c Executive Engineers (Civil) in their own pay and grade,” reads the order issued by Shailendra Kumar, Principal Secretary, Public Works (R&B) Department.
Those who have been placed as XEns (Civil) include Ishfaq Hussain Wani, Ghulam Ahmad Shiekh, Taufeeq Ahmad Chesti, Showkat Ahmad Reshi, Rayees Ahmad and Nisar Jan.
“Consequent upon the placement of Draftsman/ works Supervisor as l/c Junior Engineers, 14 JEs have been transferred with immediate effect,” reads another order.
As per order, on placements as I/c JE, Muzaffar Ahmad Shah, Tabasum Mir, Sadia Rasool, Mohd Amin Bhat, Mohd Younis Khan, Noor Mohammad Malik and Imtiyaz Ahmad Zargar have been posted at Chief Engineer R&B, Kashmir; Ajay Kumar and Narinder Kumar at Jammu Tawi Golf Course, Sidhra, Jammu; Davinder Kumar at Chief Engineer R&B Jammu and Rajeev Salathia at Chief Engineer, MED Jammu. Abdul Gani Shah JE (Civil), Estates Department has been posted at University of Kashmir; King Jee Pandit, JE (Mech), Chief Engineer Mechanical Engineering Department, Jammu at Jammu Municipal Corporation Jammu vice Er. Roof Ahmed, JE (Mech), who has been posted at Chief Engineer Mechanical Engineering Department.
As per another order, on placement as l/c XEns, Vinod Kumar Gupta has been posted at JKPCC Ltd; Ishtiyaq Hussain Wani at Truck Terminal Division Srinagar; Ghulam Ahmad Sheikh at Sonamarg Development Authority; Taufeeq Ahmad Chesti at PW(R&B) Division Baramulla; Showkat Ahmad Reshi at J&K Sports Council, Kashmir; Rayees Ahmad at R&B Kupwara. He shall hold the charge of XEn Lolab-Bangus Tourism Development Authority in addition to his own duties. While present incumbent Gurdev Singh shall report to Chief Engineer, R&B Kashmir till further order. Nissar Jan, l/c XEn (Civil), on placement as l/c XEn has been posted at PW(R&B) Special Sub Division Uri; Pervaiz Ahmad l/c XEn (Civil), awaiting orders adjustment has been posted at PMGSY Division Chatroo. He shall also hold the charge of PW(R&B) Chatroo in addition to his own duties till further orders.
Rajesh Kumar l/c XEn (Civil), awaiting orders of adjustment, has been posted at Jammu Municipal Corporation, Jammu; Pawan Kumar Gupta, l/c XEn (Civil), PW(R&B) Division Chatroo has been posted at Jammu Development Authority, Jammu. He shall also look after the work of Mubarak Mandi Heritage Society, Jammu.
Parvaiz Ahmad Malik, l/c XEn (Civil), awaiting orders of adjustment has been posted at J&K Housing Board; The services of Altaf Ahmad Parray, l/c XEn (Civil), Sonamarg Dev. Authority are placed at the disposal of REW for further posting.
Sheikh Basharat Hussain l/c XEn (Civil), PW(R&B) Division Baramulla has been posted at Mughal Road Project, Shopian Jugal Kishore, l/c XEn (Civil), PMGSY Division Chatroo at TO to CE, PMGSY Jammu; Arvind Gupta, l/c XEn (Civil), JKPCC Ltd at PW(R&B) Division Katra.
