JAMMU: A labourer, who made a self-immolation attempt outside Assistant Labour Commissioner’s office, succumbed to his injuries during treatment at GMC hospital on Tuesday. 0As per the details, Kamal, son Dhyan Chand, resident of Arnia, had set himself on fire by sprinkling kerosene in the office premises of Assistant Labour Commissioner at Dogra Hall in Jammu on November 16. He had suffered 65 per cent burns and died in hospital eight days later.
