JAMMU: Former Member Legislative Council (MLC), Ch Vikram Randhawa on Tuesday kick-started slab-laying work of a Kitchen House in Shiv Mandir, Ward No-53, Trikuta Nagar.Speaking on the occasion, Randhawa expressed satisfaction over the construction of kitchen house, for which he had already released funds amounting to Rs 5 lakh out of his Constituency Development Fund (CDF) during his tenure as MLC. “Being elected a representative, I am always here for welfare of society. Modi Government is committed to overall development of the people with special focus on infrastructure development and social welfare,” he added. The members of temple committee expressed gratitude towards Ch Vikram Randhawa for contributing towards noble cause and prayed for his good health and bright future ahead.Others present on the occasion included BJP Mandal President and Councilor Neeraj Puri, Councilor Jyoti Devi, Kapil Khurana, Sham Lal, Vishal Gupta, Ashok Khajuria, Rajesh Gupta and Raman Sharma.
