Ramban Admn to accept Forest Rights claims from today

RAMBAN: District Administration is going to accept the Forest Rights claims under the Forest Rights Act 2006 from January 15,2021.
As per a public notice issued by the Deputy Commissioner (DC), the eligible claimants-the Forest dwelling Scheduled Tribes and other Traditional Forest Dwellers, can apply for claims on Form-A, B & C to be submitted to the Forest Right Committees (FRCs) constituted in each Panchayat.
The forms can be collected from the office of SDMs, BDOs, Range Officers and other designated Revenue, Forest & Rural Development officials.
