JAMMU :Shri Amar Kshatriya (Rajput) Sabha J&K held a function at Sabha Bhawan to observe ‘Balidan Diwas’ the martyrdom of Brig Rajinder Singh, also known as Saviour of Jammu & Kashmir.
A number of Biradari members participated in the function and offered floral tributes to Brig Rajinder Singh. The participants unanimously appealed to the Govt of India and Raj Nath Singh, Union Defence Minister to award Param Veer Chakar’ to Brig Rajinder Singh. Speaking on the occasion, President Rajput Sabha, Narayan Singh highlighted contributions and sacrifice of Brig Rajinder Singh for the security of the motherland.
Others present on the occasion included B S Jamwal, R S Jasrotia, M S Jamwal, G S Jamwal, S S Parihar, M S Slathia and B S Bandral.
