RAJOURI: District administration Rajouri has got vacated 25 Government buildings from illegal occupation in last 40 days, including 3 of them on Wednesday, and handed-over the same to concerned departments for public use.Acting tough against illegal occupation of Government buildings, Deputy Commissioner, Rajesh K Shavan, in yet another move on Wednesday, got vacated 3 more Government buildings which belong to Rural Development Department and ICDS.Pertinently, the District Development Commissioner has issued standing instructions to Block Development Officers to submit report about public Buildings under illegal possessions. The three buildings were under illegal possessions for years. The buildings which got vacated today include Panchayat Ghar and Community Hall of RDD and an Anganwari centre of ICDS Project Thannamandi.It is worth mentioning here that as many as 25 Government buildings including Panchayat Ghars, Anganwari centres, schools, PHCs have been vacated in last 40 days under drive of district administration. Besides, several bottlenecks have been removed hampering major developmental projects and the work on them is going smoothly.
