POONCH: District Poonch Table Tennis Association on Thursday named the district team for the State championship to be held at Indoor Complex, MA Stadium, here from December 19.
“The team was selected on the basis of performance in the recently held district championship. We are hopeful of an improved performance from the boys,” said General Secretary of the Association, Saleem Bandey.
Earlier, during the day, the selected team called on the President, Ajit Singh Jeet and Senior Vice President, Prof Jasbir Singh.
The Association has named Narinder Singh (PEM) as Manager of the team.
The Team: Faisal Mir, Anuj Dutt, Propkar Singh, Propjhot Singh, Pratham Suri, Ridhik Kapoor, Pranav Khajuria, Vanshika Raina, Gurasees Singh, Adnan Ahmed and Waseem Iqbal.
