POONCH: Poonch Taekwondo Academy celebrated ‘Fitness ka Dose Aada Ganta Roz’ at Sports Stadium Poonch wherein more than 200 boys and girls participated under the guidance of Rajinder Singh, Physical Education Teacher of DYSS.Incharge Manager Sports Stadium Poonch, Nirdosh Kumar was the Chief Guest in the occasion, who requested all people to do physical exercise daily at least 30 minute.Later, Rajinder Singh, National Referee of Taekwondo from Department of Youth Services and Sports, congratulated MYAS for organising this Fit India Movement all over India.He said that this kind of campaign help to keep immunity strong to fight Against COVID-19. He also advised people to do physical exercise daily.Prominent persons present were Anuj Sharma Organizing Secretary JKTA, Amit Sharma Organizing Secretary PDTA, Ashaq Hussain District Referee and Sameer Khan District Referee.
