Police distributes COVID-19 kits among BPL families

Ramban: Jammu and Kashmir Police has always been making continuous endeavours to proactively support the needy families in Society especially during the hours of crisis.
Although innumerable contributions have been made by J&K Police to prevent spread of COVID-19 and save precious lives, since the outbreak of this pandemic in March this year.
Such efforts have been continuing and accordingly today at Police Station Gool COVID-19 kits have been distributed by the District Police Ramban, containing Oximeter, Digital Thermometer, Masks, Sanitizer, Gloves, Face shields, Inhaler etc amongst the BPL families.
On spot demonstration to use these equipments was also given to the beneficiaries by a Medical team from Sub District Hospital Gool.
Around 50 such Kits were distributed today. SDPO Gool Pardeep Kumar along with SHO Gool Inspt Muneer Ahmed exhorted the people for judicious use of kits in order to control the spread of COVID-19 and be a responsible member of the community.
This public friendly initiative by the Gool Police has been highly appreciated by the local people.
The entire exercise was held under the close supervision of SSP Ramban Haseeb Ur Rahman and Addl SP Ramban Rajni Sharma.
