Pipping ceremony of newly promoted ASIs held

JAMMU: SSP Crime Jammu, Shailender Singh on Thursday decorated newly promoted nine Assistant Sub-Inspectors (ASIs) of Police of Crime Branch Jammu at Zonal Crime Headquarters Jammu one by one, keeping in view the SoP norms of Covid-19 pandemic. The officials have been promoted to the present rank vide ZPHQ Order No.19 of 2021 dated 08.01.2021.
The promoted officers include ASI Parveen Kumar, ASI Balraj Kumar, ASI Surinder Singh, ASI Dev Anand, ASI Rakesh Kumar, ASI Satvir Singh, ASI Mohan Singh, ASI Ashok Kumar and ASI Mohinder Paul Singh.
Shailender Singh, after fixing the ranks, congratulated all officers and their families and wished them to keep their spirits high while performing their duties.
Other officers present were DySP Vishal Manhas, DySP Abid Rafiqi, Sr.PO Anil Dev Jamwal and Sr.PO Raj Kumar.
