JAMMU: The organising committee, set up by the Jammu and Amateur Boxing Association for smooth conduct of the proposed State Boxing Championship, on Monday held a meeting chaired by Working President, Dr Ashutosh Sharma.“The meeting discussed all the technical as well as management aspects of the event, scheduled to be held at Boxing Ring of the J&K Police at Gulshan Grounds Sports Complex, here from December 26 to 28,” General Secretary of the Association, Rajan Sharma informed.The meeting finalised the stay of the outstation participants and officials apart from other necessary formalities. It was resolved that no player without COVID-19, Hapetitus-B, HIV and non pregnancy certificates (those above 17 years of age) will be entertained by the organising committee.Members of the Organising Committee present were Dr Nirmolak Singh (vice president), Anil Sharma (treasurer), Vinod Bhatia, Harvinder Singh, Tarsem Sharma, Anil Wadhera, Sharat Singh, Sajjad Ahmad and Khalida Bano.
