Online training for forest officers concludes

JAMMU: The four day online training program organized by the Revenue Training Institute, Gole Gujral to educate the forest Officers of Jammu division about the revenue matters concluded on Saturday.
The training started from Dec 2 was inaugurated by Principal of the Revenue Training Institute Kusum Sharma. She also interacted with participants on various topics and importance of revenue knowledge. The Forest Officers attended the online training program through online mode from their range offices. The training was designed specially for forest department by Raman Singh sadar mohasib RTI . Guest faculties were Reshpaul Singh Additional Commissioner, G.R. Ghani Retd. Settlement Commissioner and Gyasudin Sheikh Tehsildar (Retd).
The main focus of training was on revenue terminology, revenue numbers, Girdawari, Jamabandi, mutation and various standing orders and laws dealing with the revenue department. On the concluding day, Pr. Chief Conservator of Forests (HOFF) Dr Mohit Gera, Conservator of Forests Irfan Ali Shah and DFOs appreciated the revenue training institute Jammu for being instrumental in this virtual mode of training.
