NAGROTA: One person was injured in stone pelting over land dispute in Pargalta area of Nagrota on Thursday. As per details, Rattan Lal, son of Mangal Dass, resident of Pargalta village of Nagrota area lodged a complaint with police that three brothers, namely Lal Hussain, Munawar Hussain and Ramzan Hussain entered his house when he was along with his family and pelted stones on them, due to which one of the family members got injured, who was shifted to hospital. As police didn’t filed a case, the victim approached SSP Jammu after which Nagrota Police lodged a case and started investigation into the case. The case is of land dispute as the complainant has stated that attackers were trying to encroach their ancestral land.
