JAMMU: Police on Monday arrested a man for conducting forgery.As per the details, an information was received at Police Station Bahu Fort that a person namely Vishal Kumar alias Vicky, son of Naveen Kumar, resident of House No. 6, Link Road, Jammu who is running a shop under the name 7 style of M/s Shiv Computer/Photostat at Rail Head Complex, used to paste notary stamp on affidavits/papers illegally fors wrongful gain.On this, a case vide FIR No. 52/21 under Sections 420, 467 & 473 of IPC was registered at Police Station Bahu Fort and a team led by SHO Bahu Fort Insp Deepak Pathania raided the spot and arrested accused person red-handed when he was engaged in selling fake documents to customers.
