Notorious criminal nabbed

ARNIA: Police on Tuesday nabbed a notorious criminal who was absconding since 6 months.
As per details, a notorious criminal namely Manoj Kumar alias Moja, son of Ashok Kumar, resident of R S Pura was caught by police in Arnia. On a specific input, SHO Police Station Arnia Harjeet Singh under supervision of SDPO R S Pura Shabir Khan apprehended the absconder from a hideout in Arnia.
It is pertinent to mention here that accused is a notorious history-sheeter and 15 FIRs have already been registered against him at different Police Stations of Jammu District in R S Pura, Miran Saheb, Nowabad and Gangyal in attempt to murder, theft, snatching related cases. He was absconding since 6 months and was wanted in a case registered vide FIR No. 189/2020 under Sections 341, 325, 326, 147, 148, 307 of IPC and 4/25 at Police station R S Pura and warrants under Section 512 CrPC were issued against him by Court.
