JAMMU: NCC Naval Cadets of Model Academy, the prestigious school of MIER, participated in Swachta Pakhwada campaign from December 1 to 15, 2020.Around thirty cadets participated in the campaign with great enthusiasm and a sense of responsibility, spreading awareness and making India a cleaner place.They prepared paintings and slogans depicting the steps of combating COVID-19 like maintaining social distancing and utility of wearing a mask.The activities were undertaken by students from their respective homes. Madhu Bala, caretaker of the J&K Naval Unit NCC coordinated the event. Rupa Gupta, Joint Director and Pramod Srivastava, Principal appreciated the efforts of the NCC unit of the School in spreading awareness.
