Their families including the children are now Bonafide Domiciles who can purchase property, get jobs, and participated in full measure in the development and prosperity of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. The application of Right to Information Act without any reservations to Jammu and Kashmir will usher in an era of transparency in all spheres of governance and development.
