SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President G.A Mir has expressed anguish over the hardships confronting people living in South and elsewhere in Kashmir due to fresh snowfall, demanding that the electricity and road clearance especially in Kapran, Desa, Dooru, Veerinag, Duksum, Noorabad, Pahalgam, Bijbehehaa and elsewhere in Kashmir be ensured, on war footing basis.
Mir also urged the Govt to ensure every facility to people living in Karnah, Keran, Gurez and elsewhere in South Kashmir, which are disconnected due to the snowfall and their difficult topographies.

“I was appraised by various people about the situation and difficulties confronting them due to fresh snowfall and sought redressal of their grievances,” Mir added.
