KUPWARA: Assistant Regional Transport Officer (ARTO) Kupwara, Mukhtar Sofi on Sunday distributed masks and sanitizers among sumo drivers of the district hired for conveyance of Election staff to protect them from the harm of COVID-19. ARTO asked driver community to observe covid SOP in their day to day activities especially while ferrying passengers. Meanwhile, the sumo drivers expressed their satisfaction over the gesture of ARTO.
