JAMMU: A man was duped of Rs 5 lakh by a cop on pretext of providing job.As per details, Arfaz Ahmed, resident Channi Ramma lodged a complaint at Trikuta Nagar Police that a cop, Shabir Ahmed, presently posted with 14 IRP Bn cheated him of Rs 5 lakh by promising him job in police department. He said that the accused is neither returning back money nor providing job. Police has registered a case and started investigation. A similar case has also been reported in Nagrota Police Station.
