JAMMU: The ongoing agitation of lawyers practicing in Jammu wing of J&K High Court and Subordinate Courts completed 70 days on Thursday.The protesting lawyers held a Dharna at Janipur Court complex in support of their demands and urged authorities fulfill all their demands. The Lawyers Action Committee is carrying ahead agitation since October 15, 2020 in protest against continuation of suspension of normal functioning of High Court and Subordinate Courts since March 2020 and few other issues.The Dharna was attended by advocates O P Sharma, J A Kazmi (former vice president), S C Subhash, H C Jalmeria Convener of Action Committee, C S Gupta (Former Secretary Jammu Bar), Vinod Abrol, B R Sharma (Former Vice President Jammu Bar), S S Chib, M Usman Salaria (former vice president Jammu Bar), Rajinder Kumar Chanyal, Vijay Sharma, Subodh Singh Jamwal, Shah Mohd Choudhary, J P Sharma, Heema Choudhary, Meenakshi Slathia, Leena Devi, K S Parihar, Manohar Gupta, Surjit Singh Andotra, K S Chib, Parvinder Singh, S C Sharma, Ashok Basotra, R S Durswal, Z A Mughal, Dinesh S Jamwal, Manohar Lal, V K Sharma, Yash Pal, Om Parkash Hans, Harish Kaila, Amit Gupta, Narinder Sharma, S M Wajaht, Mulkh Raj, A R Bhat, Anil Sharma, Arjun Singh, Sarita Kumari, Gagandeep Singh Lucky and Ashish Bhasin.
