JAMMU: A 36-member J&K Wushu team on Tuesday left for participation in the 19th Junior National Wushu Championship slated to be held at Fatehbad in Haryana from March 10 to 15.The team was flagged off by Divisional Sports Officer (Jammu) of the J&K Sports Council, Ashok Singh, who was accompanied by Manager, Satish Gupta.Selected through trials, the team underwent coaching camp prior to their departure for the Nationals, a handout issued here informed. Before leaving for the venue, the team was cleared by the JKSC after conducing screening at MA Stadium, here.
