JKTA deputation calls on DSEJ to highlight issues

JAMMU: A deputation of JK Teachers Association (JKTA) led by UT President Bhupinder Singh called on Director School Education Jammu, Dr Ravi Shankar Sharma on Saturday. While interacting with the officer, President JKTA welcomed him as new Director and extended best wishes for his new assignment as DSEJ.
He further highlighted various burning issues of teachers fraternity include conversion of regularised ReT teachers to Teachers Grade II/III , conversion of left-out RReTs to Teachers Grade II/III, regularisation of ReTs whose files are lying at offices, transfer policy of ReTs, creation of posts of masters in upgraded middle schools, filling vacant posts of teachers, Masters, Principals, ZEOs and CEOs etc.
After giving a patient hearing to deputation, Director School Education Jammu assured that he would look into all matters and resolve them on priority basis.
Those who were part of deputation included Joginder Digra Vice President, Sanjeev Guleria Finance Secretary, Dr Parkash Shastri Joint Secretary, Pardeep Choudhary Media Publicity Secretary, Farooq Tanah Deputy Secretary, Manmohan Singh Provincial Chief Spokesperson, Kuldeep Chand Provincial Special Secretary, DP Samba Dhrub Singh, DP Kathua Sunil Bhardwaj, DP Jammu Parveen Kumar, Rajinder Singh, Sukesh Slathia, Rakesh Singh, Vijay Sangral, Parwan Sangral and Gurdass Kumar.
