During course of long deliberations, General Secretary Sunil Sahib urged for timely allocation of funds to all the respective units of JKPCC to take them out of the morass, as affected contractors, piece workers and firms, are suffering badly. He further stressed for need for immediate stoppage of composite tenders being prepared and floated by the corporation, without clearing pending liabilities. Jalali further requested all higher-ups to direct MD for encashing all FDRs amounting to Rs 200 crore approximately, laying with corporation as a fixed deposit.
