JAMMU: Gandhi Global Family, Indian System of Medicines, J&K, Green India Foundation and Akhil Bhartiya Safai Mazdoor Sangh on Thursday organised 202nd Covid-19 Medical cum Awareness Camp in the campus of University of Jammu where AYUSH Immunity Boosting medicines were provided to the scholars and teaching and non teaching staff through the expert team of doctors, following the guidelines issued by the local administration.Prof. Jasbir Singh, Dean Student Welfare inaugurated the camp in the presence of Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Bharat Bhushan, University of Jammu, Jaswinder Singh Kuku, Robert Robin Gill, Younis Mattoo, Saroon, Sahul Naar and staff members of University of Jammu.Over 1110 people were attended by Dr. Shifali Sharma, MO and Dr. Sukhpreet Kour, MO and pharmacist Nishad Khajuria. Earlier, awareness on Covid-19 was also conducted by the team of ISM Doctors.GGF J&K President Padmashri Dr S P Varma expressed his gratitude to Dr. Mohan Singh, Director ISM J&K and Dr. Suresh Sharma – ADMO, Jammu for deputing a competent team of doctors and providing free AYUSH medicines for boosting the immunity of staff of University Jammu. He was also grateful to Vice Chancellor, Prof. Manoj Kumar Dhar, Registrar, University of Jammu, Prof. Arvind Jasrotia and Prof. Jasbir Singh, Dean Student Welfare, Dr. Bharat Bhushan, Chief Medical Officer, University of Jammu and his staff for supporting us in organising a successful mega camp.Overall the Covid19 202nd Medical Camp organised by GGF J&K is dedicated to living legend Prof. G.M Bhat, Department Geology.
