Health check-up, awareness camp organised

KATHUA: As per the directions of Director Ayush Dr. Mohan Singh and under the noble guidance of ADMO Kathua Dr. Ajay Tickoo, Free health check up and awareness camp was organised by Female Ayurvedic doctors of Block Basohli in Govt Girls High School Basohli.
Dr. Akanksha Sharma , Medical Officer Govt Ayurvedic Dispensary Basohli and Dr. Sakshi Sharma , Medical Officer, Govt Ayurvedic Dispensary Nagrota Preyta continuing their efforts of promoting Ayurveda & Yoga were the organizers who not only done free health check up all the students but also aware them about the healthy diet and holistic way of living.
Dr. Akanksha Sharma emphasised the importance of healthy diet particularly for female student. Dr. Sakshi Sharma in her address gave the detailed description of the menstrual hygiene. Both these female doctors have been contributing since the day one of the pandemic and their efforts in promoting Ayurvedic & Yogic system of lifestyle is unmatchable. Headmistress Suman Chandra thanked both these doctors to aware their children in the best and effective manner. Total 200 girl students got health check up and free Immuno medicines were also distributed to the staff.
