KATHUA: GSI Srinagar defeated Haryana Cricket Academy by five wickets in Group D in the ongoing 10th Police Martyr’s memorial North Zone T-20 Cricket Championship 2021 being organized by Jammu and Kashmir Police at Sports Stadium Kathua.Earlier batting first after winning the toss, Haryana Cricket Academy scored 123 runs for the loss of seven wickets in 20 overs.Virender was the top scorer with 27 runs off 38 balls studded with three boundaries while Hitesh Jamwal made 20 runs off 12 balls with the help of one boundary and two sixes.in reply, GSI Srinagar team easily chased the target making 124 runs in 19.2 overs with the loss of five wickets.Karan was the top scorer with 24 runs off 27 balls with the help of a boundary and a six. Gourav Jakker was declared as Man of the Match for scoring 23 runs off 16 balls studded with one boundary and a six and clinching two wickets in his four-over spell.
