JAMMU: The Government on Thursday reconstituted of the Board of Directors of the Jammu and Kashmir Minerals Limited (JKML).“In supersession of all previous orders on the subject and in terms of Article 66(3) of the Memorandum and Article of Association of the Jammu and Kashmir Minerals Limited, sanction is hereby accorded to the reconstitution of the Board of Directors of the Jammu and Kashmir Minerals Limited, with Arun Kumar Mehta, IAS Chief Secretary, J&K as its Chairman,” according to the order issued by Manoj Kumar Dwivedi, Commissioner/ Secretary, General Administration Department.As per order, the Directors include Atal Dulloo, IAS, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Finance Department; Manoj Kumar Dwivedi, IAS Commissioner/Secretary, Mining Department; Sushma Chauhan, IAS, Administrative Secretary, Planning Development & Monitoring Department; O.P. Bhagat, JKAS, Director, Geology & Mining, J&K; and Vikram K. Gupta, MD, Jammu and Kashmir Minerals Limited.
