HIRANAGAR: NCC cadets of 4 J&K BN GLDM Degree College Hiranagar organised a series of events on Monday as part of ongoing Swachhta Pakhwada from Dec 1 to 15, 2020. Beginning with, the cadets reached the historical monument (Kila) at Hiranagar and held a cleanliness drive there around that area. Thereafter, the cadets were accompanied by their teachers and went to the Amar Saheed Lt. Sushil Khajuria, Kirti Chakra Memorial park, Sangwali(Ghagwal) where they paid homage to the martyr and spent around one hour to clean the park.
Besides this cadets also spread the message of ‘clean India, green India’ by holding a plog run outside the College Campus. The whole series of events was organized under the able guidance of the Principal of the College, Prof. K.S.Kousal and under the overall supervision of Caretaker NCC Prof. Karam Chand.
