I happened to visit Tehsildar Jammu’s office between 11th December to 17th December 2020 in connection with some official work. During this COVID-19 pandemic period it has been made mandatory measures such as wearing masks, maintaining social distance each and every room of the public office be sanitised properly and regularly in order to be safe from this deadly disease.
But, what I observed that there was no such signs of sanitization. Heaps of garbage were lying unattended by the Safaikaramcharies during this period of my daily visits.
The best thing that I observed in this office is that the Tehsildar and Naib-tehsildar are performing/discharging their official duties nicely, dutifully and appreciably and efficiently in dealing with the cases of common people, who visit their offices for getting their work done and their case files are being disposed off quickly.
I am personally grateful to the worthy Tehsildar Jammu,Sardar Kamal Preet Singh for due respects shown to me.
