Poonch: Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS) Poonch on Wednesday distributed cricket mats among the institutions of district Poonch those having cricket grounds.
A total of six institutions of Poonch received mats which include Higher Secondary School Surankote, Higher Secondary School Serikhawaja, Higher Secondary School Mendher, Higher Secondary School Dargaloon, Higher Secondary School Harni and Higher Secondary School Chatraal.
Acting Chief Education Officer Poonch Anzar Hussain Shah was the Chief Guest on the occasion who highlighted the role of Youth Services and Sports Department.
Others present were Mohd Qasam DYSSO Poonch, Narinder Singh ZPEO Poonch, Nirdosh Kumar Incharge Stadium, Abdul Majid Dar and Mohd Tariq.
