KISHTWAR: To create awareness among the masses regarding good health, Department of Youth Services and Sports Kishtwar on Wednesday organised Yoga event at its Kishtwar office and other zones.The event was held as part of the Fit India Campaign slogan “Fitness Ka Dose Adha Ghanta Roz.”As per the activity plan, timeline and other directions of Director General Youth Services and sports Dr Saleem -Ur- Rahman, District Youth Services and sports Officer, Kharati Lal Sharma along with the staff assembled at the District office and performed different activities.Beside this Physical education Masters, Teachers, REKs and players enthusiastically participated in processions that were held across the Zones of District Kishtwar.The DYSSO directed all the employees to perform the Fit India Programme as per the guidelines as these activities will prove beneficial in this corona period.
