JAMMU: To raise the district Jammu teams in the disciplines of volleyball, kabaddi and kho-kho in both girls and boys sections, Department of Youth Services and Sports (DYSS) conducted inter-zonal trials cum competition at Khel Gaon, Nagrota, near here on Tuesday.The activity took place under overall supervision of district officer, Sukhdev Raj Sharma and guided by Zonal Physical Education Officer (ZPEO) Dansal, Veena Tikku.The teams as and when finalised shall represent Jammu district in the inter-district Union Territory (UT) level tournaments in the month of January, a handout issued by the DYSS here today informed.
