Kathua: Pooja Devi remained the current topic in the town since she became the first woman driver of Jammu and Kashmir to set an example and promote women empowerment.
Congress leader Romi Sharma organized an honour ceremony to honor of the first female driver Pooja Devi. This event was held at Hiranagar residence where Pooja Devi was honored by garlanding and wearing a shawl and Mata Rani picture. Romi said that the daughters of Jammu and Kashmir are no less than anyone, Pooja Devi has not only increased the honour of women in the whole country but has also done the work of increasing the respect of Jammu and Kashmir in the whole country.
