JAMMU: Dr Ved Parkash Shastri inaugurated “Ved Sanskrit Paathshala” and emphasized that parents should teach Sanskrit to their children as it is the only perfect language that can familiarise with vast religious treasure to their children for religious, social, national integration and communal harmony which is the need of the hour.Dr Shastri, while preaching religious discourses also mentioned importance of Shree Madbhagwat Gita as it is the only world famous holy Granth chanted by Lord Krishna himself.It’s a way of life, Gita explored Bhakti, Gyan, Nishkaam Karm Yoga along with Dharam, Arth and Kaam for eternal salvation i.e Moksha.It leads the message of ‘Vasudhaiv Kutumbhakam’ with live and let live, the programme was organised by Saraswat Shree Krishan Lal Pandit Aadhyaatmik Smriti Nyas (SKLPAASAN) Jammu and Kashmir at Shree Radhey Shyam Temple Bhour Camp (Jammu) to mark celebrations in connection with Shree Gita Jayanti.Dr Lalit Kumar Shastri also spoke on the importance of Sanskrit and Gita. Prachi Raina impressed everyone by chanting Sanskrit stanzas of Shree Madbhagwat Gita.Ex ZEPO Hem Raj Ranyal honoured Dr Ved Parkash Shastri, Dr Lalit Kumar Shastri and thanked all present in the religious programme.Prominent persons among others present were Dr Ashok Kumar Shastri, Pt Anil Sharma, Pt Mohan Sharma, Pt Himmat Raina, Pt Pitamber Lal Sharma, Sh Jagdish Lal Uttamdyal, Smt Champa Sharma, Manohar Lal Sharma, Retd SI Harbans Lal, Ex Sub Tilak Raj, Tarkeshwari, Jyoti Sharma, Gorav Raina, Harsh, Suvrat, Sumesh Raina and Ex Sub Tek Chand Raina.
