KATHUA: District Volleyball Association Kathua on Friday distributed volleyball kits to newly formed Rudra Volleyball Club, Upper Mela.
This club has been formed to promote volleyball game among children as most of the members are 14 years.
In the function organized by the people of Upper Mela, Mohinder Kumar General Secretary and Ram Lal Joint Secretary were deputed by Madan Lal Toofan, President of Kathua District body to distribute volleyballs & net to the Club.
Kamal Sharma, President of Upper Mela Club and a prominent sports person of Mela, assured that he will provide all possible help to young children.
Prominent among others present were Kaushal Varma, Sham Lal Sharma and Pradip Sharma.
