Development of neglected areas prime focus of BJP: Randhawa

JAMMU: Development of all neglected areas of Jammu and Kashmir regions is prime focus of the present BJP led Central Government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
It was stated by former Member Legislative Council (MLC), Ch. Vikram Randhawa, while inaugurating a security gate at Ward No-9, of Chatha Panchayat in Gandhi Nagar assembly segment.
While speaking on the occasion Randhawa said that BJP is committed to all round development of all those areas which had been ignored by the previous regimes both at Centre and as well as those who rule the erstwhile State of Jammu and Kashmir. He said that those who ruled the State for decades together played vote bank politics and developed selected hamlets but under present regime led by Narendra Modi all hamlets are being developed and those left out would be developed shortly on priority. Randhawa said that the slogan ‘Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas and Sabka Vishwas’ is being implemented on ground in letter and spirit. He said that many mega beautification and developmental projects for Jammu and Kashmir are in pipeline and would be executed shortly. He told the gathering that the Union Territory is on developmental path and the government has ensured to make Kashmir a paradise again. At the same time due attention has been given to promote tourism in Jammu region which was ignored earlier.
Those present on the occasion include Naib Sarpanch Avtar Singh Chib, Panch Ashu Gupta, Chauhan, Prithvi Singh Charak, Rinku Gupta, Kuldeep Kumar Pinta, Sunil Kumar, Rajinder Singh Raja and other prominent members of the Ward.
