RAJOURI: Deputy Commissioner Rajouri, Rajesh Kumar Shava has ordered to clear all unauthorised advertisement boards, arches, hoardings and banners on highways, public streets and pavements.DC said these are causing major impediment in the process of giving a facelift to the Rajouri Township. He noted that every electric pole, wall and every inch of space is flooded with these hoardings giving a bad look to the city. He asked the people responsible for installing hoardings/ banners / placards to realise that they are equal stakeholders in keeping the city clean and it is not judicious to publicise by defacing the city.The public of Rajouri has highly appreciated the steps of the District Administration and assured full cooperation in the measures for marking the city beautiful.
