STATE TIMES NEWSRAMBAN: As many as 1746 persons were administered first and second Covid vaccine doses across Ramban district on Wednesday.The Health Department also collected 1258 samples including 674 RT-PCR and 584 RAT samples in the district. As per daily bulletin issued by the Chief Medical Officer, Ramban, Dr. Mohammad Farid Bhat, 1746 persons, the highest in a single day in the district, were administered Covid vaccine at dedicated Vaccination Centres. The District Administration has urged people over the age of 45 years to visit their nearest CVC to get themselves vaccinated. It has also decided to intensify the drive to enforce face mask wearing at crowded places to prevent the infection from spreading.
