JAMMU: President, Shri Amar Kshatriya Rajput Sabha, Purani Mandi, Pavitar Singh Bhardwaj (Retired Judge) has hailed recent decision of Court of 1st Additional Judge in a suit filed by some Rajput Biradari members against Narayan Singh (Vice President BJP J&K) and self-proclaimed President of Rajput Sabha, restraining him from carrying out any commercial or financial transaction and/or exercising any financial power in contravention to provisions of Constitution/ Niyamawali of Rajput Sabha. While addressing a Press Conference on Thursday, Pavitar Singh Bhardwaj informed that Court also held that constitution is the soul of Society. “To permit society to work against constitution will encourage illegal acts and omissions. Court held that no elections of Rajput Sabha have been held after 2006 and that constitution is supreme and court cannot be party to any illegal action. It further held that member of a political party cannot hold post of President of Rajput Sabha, thus saving remaining property of the prestigious heritage of Rajput Biradari from his clutches and further misappropriations,” he added. He further alleged that Narayan Singh along with some mafia has not only badly destroyed heritage property but also swindled away crores of rupees against leasing out various shops, halls, etc, constructed illegally by dismantling historic Raj Tilak Bhawan. “All tenants, who obtained premises from Narayan Singh were urged not to pay rent in cash or in any form to him, whatsoever and instead depositing the same in court as the matter is subjudice, otherwise appropriate action may follow under law,” said Pavitar Singh, adding that an investigation by Crime Branch is also going on for criminal act of usurping property of Rajput Sabha for personal gains by committing fraud. He appealed to entire Rajput Biradari to play its role and jointly take immediate necessary steps, after visiting the Bhawan, to save remaining property and Head Quarters of Rajput Biradari so that coming generations may not curse us for tolerating such sacrilegious acts silently.Others present on the occasion included Sudhir Dogra (Retired IGP), Bishambar Singh Jasrotia, Kuljeet Jamwal, Pawan Manhas and Deepu Chib.
